Last updated: October 31, 2026
Welcome to Aipix. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://aipix.in (the “Website”) and the WordPress development services offered by Aipix (“Aipix”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Aipix is based in Rajpura, Punjab, India. By using the Website or ordering a service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Our services
Aipix provides WordPress development services delivered online, as described on our services page:
- Website development: custom WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores, landing pages, redesigns, design-to-WordPress conversion, theme and page builder customization and custom plugins.
- Fixes and security: bug fixes, malware removal, security hardening, speed optimization and updates.
- Migration and setup: website migrations, WordPress installation and API integrations.
- Monthly care plans: updates, backups, monitoring and small edits, paid month by month.
2. Quotes and orders
- Before any work starts we confirm the scope, price and delivery time in writing (by email). Prices on the Website are starting prices; the written quote is the final price.
- An order is confirmed when you approve the quote and make the payment for it (or for its first milestone).
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only done after you approve it.
3. Prices and payments
- Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Clients in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payments are made online through our secure payment partner (Razorpay) by UPI, cards, net banking or other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Larger projects can be split into milestones, paid one at a time as work is delivered.
- Monthly care plans are paid month by month. There are no automatic or recurring charges – you pay for each month yourself and can stop anytime.
- You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access (hosting, WordPress admin), content and approvals the work needs, on time. Delays on your side may move the delivery date.
- Keep a backup of your website before work starts where possible. We also take a backup before major changes.
- Make sure the content, images and plugins you ask us to use are yours or properly licensed.
5. Delivery
Services are delivered online – nothing is shipped. Delivery times are confirmed in your written quote. See our Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Ownership of the work
- After full payment, the website, design and custom code we make for you belong to you.
- Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images stay under their own licences. Paid licences, domain names and hosting are not included unless clearly stated in the quote.
- We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to hack, overload or disrupt it, sending spam through our forms, uploading harmful code or using the Website for any unlawful purpose. We do not work on websites with illegal, adult, gambling or hateful content.

11. Disclaimer of warranties
We do our work with care and skill, but the Website and services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, traffic or search rankings, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your hosting provider, third-party plugins or changes made by others after delivery.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aipix is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
13. Governing law
