Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with every project. This policy applies to all WordPress development services and care plans ordered on https://aipix.in.

1. Before work starts

You can cancel any order before work starts and get a full refund.

2. After work starts

• You get a full refund for any paid milestone we have not started yet.
• Work already delivered and approved is not refundable.
• If you cancel in the middle of a milestone, we refund the part of that milestone that has not been done, based on the work completed.

3. If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver the agreed work, or cannot fix the problem we were hired to fix, you get a full refund for the part that was not delivered.

4. Revisions

Before asking for a refund, tell us what is wrong. Small corrections that are within the agreed scope are free and are done within the delivery period.

5. Monthly care plans

• Care plans are paid month by month. There are no automatic charges, so there is nothing to cancel – simply do not pay for the next month.
• The current month is refundable in full if no work has been done in it yet.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@aipix.in with your order number, the email used for the payment and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days.

7. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear.
