Delivery Policy
How and when our WordPress services are delivered.

Aipix provides online services only. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges.
1. How services are delivered
- All work is done online on your website or hosting, or on a staging copy of it.
- When the work is ready, we send you the link to review it. After your approval it goes live on your website.
- Files you need (for example a custom plugin or design files) are sent by email or shared download link.
2. Delivery times
The delivery time is confirmed in your written quote before you pay. Usual times:
- Small fixes and updates: 1-2 business days
- Landing page: 2-3 business days
- Business website: 5-10 business days
- WooCommerce store: 7-14 business days
3. Monthly care plans
Care plans start within 1 business day of payment and run for one month from that date.
4. Delays
Delivery times start when we have the access, content and approvals the work needs. If anything changes on our side, we tell you by email with a new date.
5. Delivery issues
If you did not receive our email or the review link, check your spam folder first, then email support@aipix.in with your order number. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, you can request a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
